WordPress评论时间函数
WordPress模板函数comment_time用于输出当前评论的发表时间，与comment_date()函数不同之处在于comment_time()默认只输出时间，而comment_date()函数默认只输出日期。
comment_time( string $d = '' )函数参数
$d
字符串值，默认值：取WordPress后台设置的日期格式
